Fernando Sioson Bought this bag as a light Practice bag alternative to my bigger Voyager Lite. It's well-built and I love the color and construction but there's just a FEW things lacking.
Biggest Strengths?
It stands up on its own, the construction and material feel tough, the straps are wide and comfortable, and the back padding is generous. The Velcro side is nice and has the added bonus of reinforcing the pocket behind it, so it can safely armor your phone or wallet.
Drawbacks?
It needs about TWO more pockets to dominate the Disc Bag market in the ~$40 range. Put another in-body pocket above the drink holder! Or a hidden one in the Disc Compartment.
It has NO D-Rings. Even cheap plastic ones would've been nice. D-Rings are so useful for attaching towels, caps, etc to yourself during a round that I'm surprised this doesn't have any.
For those 2 reasons, I can't say it's strictly better than the knockoff Himal bag I bought off Amazon for $20. Which is a shame, cuz it only needs minor improvements to be so much better.
And please, someone put in a dedicated slot to hold a Disc Retriever!
