Innova Wraith Baseline

The Star Wraith is a perfect introduction to overstable drivers for medium arm speeds (I consistently throw 380'-425' on golf lines with max weight drivers, with a good pump getting out to a bit over 450'). Brand new, my moderately domey Star Wraith flew moderately overstable for me, holding an anhyzer line for a bit before consistently finishing left. As I have beaten it in, it has become dead straight, pushing up to flat from a baby hyzer before finishing just barely left. On forehand lines the Wraith is a nice neutral driver for me. I have a consistent 280'-300' of power in my forehand, and the Wraith will hold an anhyzer angle for most of its flight before a gentle right finish. Thrown on hyzer, it will hold that angle, pushing forward without ever dumping to the right. I would highly recommend the Wraith to a developing beginner-intermediate player with some power as a first overstable driver. Start off with a 155-165 gram Star or Gstar Wraith, and move to max weight and Champion or Halo Star plastic as your form develops and you gain more power. Unless you have well over 400' of power you should probably be throwing Wraiths instead of Destroyers for max distance. It works for Bradley Williams and Double G; it'll work for you.

I am almost 70 years old and this is a driver that flies straight and far for me. I don't have the arm speed of a 20 year old and have tried a lot of drivers. This is my favorite.

Just a really nice, really reliable driver. Had it for a long time and is a go to of mine.
