L I like throwing this disc and getting a full flight out of it without trying to overpower it. It can handle a lot of torque and still give you what you want.

C. So the sword has become my main backhand driver. I use it for everything! It only struggles on very tight wooded shots, because it like to move from right to left at high speeds. This was the first disc I could throw 400ft and it is just a bomber. I prefer the Tournament plastic because it tends to be more over stable but, the VIPs will fly just as far if you compensate correctly.
