1. Screen Printing
Screen printing utilizes stencils or screens to apply a solid color of ink directly onto the jersey. Each color needs itโs own screen, and needs to be printed one at a time. When all the colors are combined, it creates the final image. Most teams choose to go with a one or two color design, but we have capabilities to go comfortably up to three or even four.ย
Screen printing works best when designs need to be vibrant or when printing on dark colored jerseys. We stand by all of our printing methods, and pride ourselves on creating the best value in the game.ย

Turnaround time for screen printing is 3-4 weeks with rush services available upon request.ย Our minimums are 10 items using the same exact screen, but can mix and match jersey types.

2. Heat-Transfer Vinyl
We customize names and numbers in any font or style in-house using our digital vinyl plotter. This allows for us to do some creative things with your names and numbers โ we donโt restrict you to 2 fonts!ย
We cut the vinyl on the digital plotter from a roll of material, then we โweedโ away the excess vinyl to get our final image. It is then applied using a heat press and imprinted onto your jerseys.ย High-quality apparel vinyl is thin but durable wash after wash.ย Names and numbers are available in a wide selection of colors.ย

3. Dye Sublimation
Dye Sublimation is the process of dying the jersey using special inks and paper to be pressed directly into the jersey. It allows us to use any photographic image of thousands of colors and press it straight onto the light colored jersey. Since the jersey itself is dyed, it never fades or cracks over time and the ink is not felt when worn. This process can only be done on white polyester apparel however, but is perfect for your white jerseys.
Spot sublimation, โspot subโ is applied directly to pre-manufactured jerseys and allows us to customize an area of the blank jersey. Teams typically spot sub the front and back of their jersey using two locations. The back will be the area for the name and /or number with the front being their logo.
Full sublimation, โfull subโ is used when the team wants to completely cover their jersey with a design from edge to edge and is applied to blank rolls of fabric, then cut and sewed together to create the jersey after the printing is complete. This allows for unlimited customization of the jersey and creates a very dynamic look for the team.
4. Embroidery
Disc Store offers embroidery services for use on any and all items a team may need. Some common examples are polos, hats, full-zip or half-zip jackets, duffle bags, and more. We can achieve great results when logos are delivered to us with solid lines, simple patterns and colors.ย
Our turnaround on embroidery is 3 weeks. Our minimums are only 10 items.
